This notice is issued by the Bihar School Examination Board for the Bihar Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) 2025. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply online for both Paper-I (Secondary) and Paper-II (Higher Secondary) examinations.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university and a B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution for the respective subjects. For specific subjects, other equivalent qualifications like BA.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. (4-year integrated course), B.P.Ed., or relevant post-graduate diplomas are also accepted. Detailed subject-wise eligibility is provided in the official notification.
For Paper-I (Secondary):
- General subjects require a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in the relevant subject and a B.Ed.
- Physical Education requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with 50% marks or equivalent.
- Music requires a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in Music.
- Fine Arts requires a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in Fine Arts.
- Dance requires a Bachelor's degree with 50% marks in Dance.
- Special subjects (e.g., Computer Science, Agriculture, Music, etc.) have specific qualification requirements, including a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant Post-Graduate degree for Computer Science or a Bachelor's degree for Agriculture, Music, etc., along with a B.Ed. or equivalent where applicable.
For Paper-II (Higher Secondary):
- Candidates must have a Master's degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university and a B.Ed. degree. Specific combinations of subjects for graduation and post-graduation are detailed in the official notification.
- For Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science/MCA with 50% marks is generally required.
- For other specialized subjects like Agriculture, Music, etc., specific Master's degrees in the respective fields with at least 50% marks are required.

Normalization
Due to the Computer Based Test (CBT) being conducted in multiple shifts, the normalization process will be applied to ensure fairness.

- Register with your details to generate a User ID and Password.
- Log in and fill in the application form carefully.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents, photograph, and signature as per specified dimensions and size (Photograph: 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, size 50KB-100KB, white/light background; Signature: 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm, size 10KB-50KB).
- Pay the application fee online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
- Review the application form before final submission.
- Save and print the final application form for future reference.
